Commercial properties would include but may not be limited to retail stores, office suites/condos, apartment buildings, storage facilities, and most other buildings in which small to medium businesses would operate. 


If you have a professional office building up to twenty (20) offices I would handle the inspection in house. Buildings larger than that may make sense to get assistance from some specialty trades which is determined with a short interview. 


Depending on the construction ten to fifteen units can be inspected in one day. Where the apartment quantity approaches an Apartment Complex I would perform the inspection with the assistance of specialty trades. Please contact me for quotes on these larger inspections.
