Exposing the lite side of Commercial

Lite commercial properties would include but may not be limited to retail stores, storage facilities, and most other buildings in which small to medium businesses would operate.

If you have a professional office building up to twenty (20) offices I would handle the inspection in house. Buildings larger than that may make sense to get assistance from some specialty trades which is determined with a short interview. 

Multi-Family

Depending on the construction ten to fifteen units can be inspected in one day. Where the apartment quantity approaches an Apartment Complex I would perform the inspection with the assistance of specialty trades. Please contact me for quotes on these larger inspections.  

Note: Industrial and manufacturing applications would NOT be considered lite commercial.
